Picture this: you have a San Francisco property that you’re ready to sell, but you’re not sure how best to connect your target audience with details, pictures and more.
Shamrock Realty approached Razorfrog Web Design with just such a problem. At 490 South Van Ness, Shamrock represented owners of an empty lot with a former gas station and permitted plans for a 72-unit condominium building. We crafted a custom website to entice potential buyers and make it easy for those with a serious interest to sign a confidentiality agreement and receive detailed plans and property flyer PDFs. We also provided aerial photography services and feature shots of the surrounding neighborhood to show off the property. Lastly, to get the property national attention, we also designed a print ad featured in the Wall Street Journal!
But we’re excited to share that the story ends a lot closer to home than Wall Street. Within weeks of the site’s launch, Mayor Ed Lee announced that the City and County of San Francisco had entered a purchase agreement for 490 South Van Ness, intending to construct it as permanently affordable family housing!
