Unused hours for all plans do not roll over to the next calendar month. Prepaid yearly payments are billed at a discounted rate and are not eligible for refunds.
Sites not built by Razorfrog may be subject to special theme and plugin upgrade requirements. We cannot guarantee compatibility of updates for sites that our team has not built.
