All pricing assumes that the site is hosted through Razorfrog on managed WordPress hosting. Read more on why we only support managed WordPress hosting. Most sites fit within these hosting parameters, but some sites may require a custom plan based on traffic or storage. Sites not built by Razorfrog may be subject to special theme and plugin upgrade requirements. We cannot guarantee compatibility of updates for sites that our team has not built.
Prepaid yearly payments are billed at a discounted rate and are not eligible for refunds. In cases of past due invoices, pre-paid payments towards yearly care plans may be applied towards previous invoices and your renewal date adjusted accordingly.
