After a few tiring days of searching for ways to bulk convert posts into a new post format for the upcoming Inspire Me Today (opens in a new tab) redesign, we went ahead and created a plugin to easily take care of this task. You’ll need to convert an entire category, but it’s simple enough to assign selected posts to a temporary category if needed. Choose your category and post format from drop down menus and that’s it! We’ve tested this so far on large categories with 800+ posts – let us know what you use it for.
