People Power

People Power is a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to create a new equity-centered model for identifying and developing talent to power the movement for social justice. The organization provides two much-needed services: talent search for mission-driven organizations and career advising for emerging leaders.

People Power’s founder provided Razorfrog with a strong set of design assets to guide the organization’s online presence. We used the existing style guidelines and color palette to create a responsive website that feels cohesive, approachable and accessible across devices. Our design team especially enjoyed developing the centered-logo navigation and pairing expressive typography with the site’s impactful and memorable visual palette.
