Kylli is a full-service real estate investment and development firm in the Bay Area. Their focus is on acquisition, development and management of institutional quality real estate assets, which are currently valued at over $1.6 billion.

Kylli’s management worked with Razorfrog to create a sustainable and minimalist, yet elegant project portfolio website. Our team came up with a sleek design utilizing artistic layouts that captures the beautiful details of Kylli’s properties. Single property portfolios include a brief synopsis, project details, galleries and stylized maps to inform and inspire. Razorfrog has also partnered with Kylli on dedicated websites for individual properties and developments, including 225 Bush Street in San Francisco and Mission Point in Santa Clara.

Large presentation cityscape imagery, sans-serif humanist typography and a nuanced palette provide a friendly and tasteful exposition of place, service and class across all pages. Kylli’s established team is presented with links to professional biographies, offering additional insight into what makes Kylli uniquely special.
