The John Stewart Company works with the Santa Clara County Housing Authority to help serve low income families and seniors, and they needed a website to help show off properties and accept applications.
Pleased with Razorfrog’s development on a separate project, members of the John Stewart Company contacted Razorfrog to implement a website highlighting properties managed by JSCO for the SCCHA. Housing is presented in a dynamic, filterable portfolio by application and waitlist status. Digital application forms have been implemented to save on thousands of traditional paper forms. Formalized unit plans and tenant selection criteria PDFs included provide robust details for an in-demand housing market.
Razorfrog is proud to work on such important projects like this, helping potential tenants find a place to live that they can afford, and presenting that information in an easy-to-use interface.
