Designed by world-renowned architect George W. Kelham and constructed in the early 1920’s, 225 Bush is one of downtown San Francisco’s most sought after locations for experiencing the best the city has to offer. The property was acquired in 2014 by Kylli, a full-service real estate investment and development firm in the Bay Area. Their focus is on acquisition, development and management of institutional quality real estate assets, which are currently valued at over $1.6 billion.
Our design team was hired by Kylli to create 225 Bush’s site, providing an in-depth look at the renowned property’s offerings. We’ve incorporated an interactive interface that provides a glimpse at a wide variety of desirable amenities, including local bars, gyms, cafes and restaurants. Current availabilities are listed in a mobile-friendly format with floor plans and leasing contact information provided. Kylli’s background is presented in tandem with links to their main site, which was also recently redesigned by Razorfrog.
