Oscar James Residences

Oscar James Residences is a new affordable housing community located in San Francisco’s historic Hunters Point Shipyard. Professionally managed by The John Stewart Company, the property features 112 apartment homes designed for modern, comfortable living in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood.

Razorfrog was tasked with creating a brand new accessible and responsive website for Oscar James Residences, with a visual direction that feels calm, warm and community-focused. The color palette, typography and photography were selected to reflect the property’s clean architectural style, bright interiors and peaceful residential setting. Visitors can browse one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, explore property information and view a photo gallery highlighting model units, shared spaces and surrounding views.

Prospective residents can also learn more about amenities such as landscaped courtyards, a community room, resident lounge, fitness room, roof terrace, bicycle storage and on-site management. The result is an approachable, easy-to-navigate website that helps Oscar James Residences communicate its housing opportunities, amenities and welcoming community with current and future residents.
