About the 225 Bush Street website

Designed by renowned architect George W. Kelham for John D. Rockefeller, 225 Bush Street was completed in 1922 as the Standard Oil Building and remained the tallest building on San Francisco’s skyline for more than three decades. Today, the landmark office property combines many of its original architectural details with modern upgrades and amenities designed for contemporary tenants.

Razorfrog was hired by Kylli, the property’s owner and operator, to create a dedicated website showcasing 225 Bush Street’s history, amenities, location and available office space. The design gives prospective tenants an in-depth look at the building while highlighting its position in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

The responsive website features on-site and nearby amenities, current leasing availability and direct contact information for office and retail inquiries. Strong photography, clear navigation and a streamlined content structure help communicate both the historic character of 225 Bush Street and the modern experience it offers today.
