Monchamp Meldrum LLP is a San Francisco-based law firm specializing in complex land use and real estate development projects throughout California. The firm advises clients through every stage of development, from due diligence, land use entitlements and environmental permitting to real estate transactions and litigation. Co-owned by three women, Monchamp Meldrum is also a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).

Razorfrog worked with Monchamp Meldrum from the firm’s pre-formation stage to create a distinctive visual identity and responsive website that brought its branding and marketing objectives together. Our design team collaborated with the founders on a custom logotype and landscape-inspired color palette that reflect the firm’s connection to California land use and development.

The website organizes Monchamp Meldrum’s expertise across Land Use, Environmental, Litigation and Real Estate Transactions, while providing in-depth profiles of the firm’s attorneys and their experience. A regularly updated news and insights section gives the team a platform to share developments in California land use, environmental regulation, CEQA, real estate and other issues affecting development projects throughout the state.
