About the KSPC 88.7FM website
Founded in 1956, KSPC 88.7FM is a non-commercial educational radio station run by the students of the Claremont Colleges. The station serves the Los Angeles basin with a wide variety of music and talk programming, running 24/7/365. It is funded by Pomona College and the student governing bodies of the Claremont Colleges.
Razorfrog worked with KSPC’s staff to create a fully responsive WordPress website, offering major improvements in streaming, schedules, playlists and blogging capabilities. The site makes it easy for listeners to tune in, explore programming and stay connected with the station’s diverse lineup of shows and DJs.
KSPC also uses Spinitron Player (opens in a new tab), a WordPress plugin developed by Razorfrog, to integrate live Spinitron data directly into the website. The integration helps bring current show, playlist and station information into the site while supporting KSPC’s volunteer-based programming team.
