Yesterday, Facebook’s new Timeline format became available for business pages. A forced transition will occur on March 30th, so business owners are encouraged to customize the new format and prepare for the switch before then.
Here at Razorfrog Web Design, we’re super excited about the new features that the Timeline format offers, but we know that there are a few issues that need to be resolved within March. We’re sending out this email to notify you of the upcoming changes, offer our services in resolving any problems, and notify you of a few limited-time promotions.
First, the most major change you’ll see is a large “Cover” image at the top of the page. If nothing else, this image needs to be designed and uploaded by March 30th to avoid problematic white space on your page. Here’s an example of before and after the transition.

Razorfrog Web Design is running a deal for updates to existing pages as well as the creation of new pages:
- If you have an existing page, we’ll create and upload a custom Timeline “Cover” image, switch to the new Timeline format, and resolve any display issues: $85 (Normally $125)
- If you need a new page, we’ll create a new page in the new Timeline format, create a custom “Cover” image, integrate the page with an existing website / RSS feed, add 250+ “filler fans”, and claim a custom URL: $250 (Normally $350)
Get in touch via email or phone if interested. This special will only be available through March 30th.
